Robert Meyer, an accomplished double bassist who has worked with Benjamin Britten’s English Opera Group, the London Philharmonic and many other ensembles, has a discography which is a who’s who of mid 20th century classical music recording. His blog features anecdotes from his days of performance and recording in the UK and Europe.
